It sounds as though things are difficult for you at the minute managing some big changes in your life right now.
It's really good that you can breathe properly now, but the difficulties of having to cope with how it looks, and people making comments about it, are causing you stress.
You could try and talk to the people who are making the rude comments to you and explain your health condition. Explain how hurtful and upsetting their remarks are towards you.
You could try to just ignore them, but this can be difficult.There are lots of ways to build up your self esteem have a look at www.thesite.org.uk this has some really good ideas about what you can do.
