Hi Rosie
Thanks for getting in touch.
It sounds like you are having a very difficult time at the moment. You’re telling me that you’ve been kicked out of school and that you don’t want to go back because you’re scared, although you don’t know why. You’re also telling me that you feeling like you want to die.
Sometimes, it can be hard to explain difficult feelings, including feelings of wanting to die and feeling afraid. The reasons aren’t always clear. It might be a good idea for you to think about when these feelings started and what was happening in your life at the time. Sometimes, writing down how you feel can help give some meaning to difficult feelings.
It would be important to talk to someone about how you are feeling. Is there someone close you can rely on – a parent, another member of your family or a friend? Try to think of one person who you feel you can confide in.
You said you’ve been kicked out of school, although you haven’t said what caused this. Could being kicked out of school have anything to do with how you are feeling? Is something else happening in your life to make you feel this way? Please consider talking to one of our ChildLine counsellors in a 1-2-1 chat, or you can ring 0800 1111. Someone will be here to listen to you and to try to help you look at how you can best cope, and maybe help you explore some options.
Good luck and take care,
Sam
