Lots of people have difficulty controlling strong feelings. You are not alone with this at all. It sounds from what you are saying that you got the blame for something you did not do.
If this is still making you feel angry think about talking to the teacher again or even writing down what happened. They should give you the chance to say what happened.
It is really good that you have been able to write to me about your anger worries and talking about how you are feeling is one way of trying to manage them.
There are lots of other ways to deal with anger such as play sports, going for a run, listening to calming music or even loud music can help. Others might punch a pillow or go somewhere and just scream to let it out.
