It can be really difficult when you feel that things are getting unbearable and that you are on your own. I’m glad that you tried talking to people even if it hasn’t helped yet. Sometimes it’s about finding the right person to talk to. Is there a teacher at school or another friend you could trust? Some young people tell me they find it easier to write things down in a letter so the other person can read it first before you talk to them.
If you feel that your emotions are having a big impact on your every day life it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor who can talk to you about depression and what it is. You can find information about depression on the ChildLine website.
