Thanks for your letter telling me know how you are feeling. It sounds like you have quite a lot going on at the moment, I'm really glad you decided to write to me. You say you are having really bad mood swings, feeling happy and then crying, getting weird thoughts and having voices in your head. You have done well telling me about this. Talking to someone can be a big help.
You say that you try to tell people but it won’t come out yet you feel that its important that you do tell someone. You might like to use the Mood Tracker in your locker. This is where you can keep a record of how you are feeling and you might be able to use this to help you talk to someone about your feelings. You could talk to your GP, an adult that you trust, or you could talk to a counsellor at ChildLine.
You can talk to ChildLine about any issues like the feelings you have, being bullied and not having friends. The counsellors are trained to listen and support you. You can talk 1-2-1 with a counsellor on 0800 1111 or use online chat or email them.
