Hi there
The first thing I would like to say is well done for not only recognising that you have a problem, but for also trying to do something about it. You are right to want to stop taking drugs as it can lead to an addiction and create all sorts of problems in terms of your emotional and physical health.
If you feel that you are already addicted it might be difficult to stop by yourself and you will need some help to do this. I wonder is there anyone in your life that you feel you could be honest with, like your mum or dad or your doctor, so that you don’t feel you have to deal with this on your own?
That of course still leaves you with your anger problem which you also want some help with. You have a bit of work to do to work out what is the underlying cause of your feelings, and again it is probably best to get some help with this.
You might want to talk to someone like a counsellor who can help you work this out. Your school, or again your doctor, might be able to help with this.
Now that you are familiar with the ChildLine website you could phone us on 0800 1111 or come in for an online 1-2-1 chat with one of our counsellors which could be a good starting point. ChildLine would be very glad to talk with you.
It was good to hear from you and I hope you are able to continue what you have started here and begin to work out some of your anger.
Take Care
Sam
