Hi,
I've had lots letters about bullying recently and I'm glad you've had the courage to write to me.
Through your music and imagination, it seems as if you have found ways to help you cope with difficult times. Have you ever thought of using your music to write a song or your imagination to write a story? Using these ways of communication can help describe how you are feeling right now to yourself, your parents and teachers.
It's great news about your teacher's success. Does this mean that they are someone you would feel safe talking to about your experiences? If not, what about talking to someone else who you trust? Are there any other adults such as school mentors, lunchtime supervsiors or relatives?
You can also speak to a ChildLine counsellor about your feelings. ChildLine is here to support you and you can talk to one of our counsellors in confidence about anything.
You can phone ChildLine on 0800 1111 or have an online 1-2-1 chat. You may also find it useful to have a look at www.bullybusters.org.uk, which offers information and practical advice.
Remember you are not alone and there is help.
Take care
Sam
