Sounds as though you have had a difficult and upsetting young life. Although the social sevices said you could go and live back at home with mum from what you are telling me it doesn't seem as though this was a good thing to happen?
Do you still have contact with the social worker who said that you could go home to mum? If you do you must try and be brave and talk to him/her really quickly.
If not then you must talk to an adult that you like someone maybe in your family, like an auntie,nan,grandad or even your teacher.
You must tell someone what is happening at home for you as soon as you can. You will have to feel very brave to do this so find a friend maybe at school that could help you.
