To Sam 16/01/10 9:30pm	Locker What does it mean if you try login in ur locker and it says its been locked out come back later wat does this meen. because i am desprate to talk about my feelings and im going to burst if i dont talk to someone but my locker wont alow me to log in wat does it meen when it says its locked out.
Sam 2/02/10 12:14pm	Hi thanks for your letter If you are getting this message, it can mean that you may have forgotten your login details for your ChildLine locker account. You could either try the 'forgotten your password' link on the log in form. Or if you can't remember your username details, you may have to create a totally new account. If you do create a new account, let the counsellor know that you have an old one that you cannot get into. They may be able to unlock your locker/account by asking you some security questions (this means questions only you will know the answers too). Good luck and I hope this works Sam
