ChildLine questionnaire results

We recently asked you to help us improve the ChildLine website and service by filling in a questionnaire. Thank you to everyone who was able to take the time to fill this in. We had a really great response with 339 of you taking part. 

Here are some of the results and answers to questions that some of you asked us.

Questions about using the ChildLine service

Some young people expressed that they were not satisfied by their visit to the ChildLine site. We take any problems you have very seriously and do our best to answer them and make the service we provide better.

Other comments and suggestions about the website

Transcripts for videos
We are working towards adding transcripts for all our videos so that you can read the scripts and don’t have to listen to the video’s sound if you’re not able to.  This does take a bit of time to do, but we hope to have these added as soon as possible.

More games
We regularly create new games for the site so please keep checking back to see the new ones.  If you have any ideas for games that you would like to see, please tell us by using the blue feedback modules on the website and we’ll do our best to make as many as possible!
