“It’s Marvin here again! It's been nearly 2 years since I wrote my first thread!
I just wanted to say that I've seen some amazing stories over the past couple of years and no matter how small or big the problems have been the clear message is that there is always someone at ChildLine to listen to your problems.

Please don't ever be afraid to pick up the phone or even email one of the counsellors as they are always around to listen. I always check the message boards so please continue to write on this thread!

There are different ways that ChildLine can help.

You can:

• Read more about bullying in school and bullying outside of school. 
• Read more about cyber bullying if you are being bullied online or through a mobile phone.
• Share information or your experiences and see if other young people can help on the ChildLine Message Board.
• Email a ChildLine counsellor or write an anonymous letter to Sam.
• Call ChildLine on 0800 1111 or speak to a counsellor online through a
  1-2-1 chat. Calls are confidential. You don’t have to give your name and it won’t appear on a phone or mobile bill.
