Stressed?
Try this!
1. Sit down and try yoga.
2. Get out and about! Sitting in studying is boring. You need refreshing.
3. Distractions - Try to revise in a quiet calm place, free of interuptions.
4. Try doing one subject at a time. It is proven that if you try to do multiple subjects at once, your mind cannot process it so it is harder to learn and you are more likely to forget.
Cant relax?
Here's a tip
1. Lie down flat on your bed and stretch out your arms and legs.
2. Slowly Just relax your feet. Then legs. Then Waist and up to your head. Youll be ready to study again in no time.
While doing a test
1. Write down key words in the margin so you dont forget to do anything.
2. Be Tidy! A clean workspace accounts for clean work
3. Dont Rush. You re sure to get things wrong
4. When finished, look over your work

Make sure you have all the relevent information you need to revise. The internet can be a great help (such as the BBC Bitesize).
Make sure your in a calm enviroment where you wont be easily distracted by anything.
Start revision early and use all possible spare time to MEMORIZE your revision books!!!
If you feel you are stuck in a rut with your revision, ring up a friend or meet up with a friend and revise together. This way you can help each other out.
Make sure you complete all coursework to the best of your ability. All you can give is your best, and your best is enough!
How to deal with stress:
Stress shouldn't exist when it comes to exams. If you have followed my advice in the revision section, then it shouldn't be a problem! Confidence is the key to success. As long as you have stayed on top of all your work and given your all, there shouldn't be anything to stress about!
Exams:
On the day of the exam just remember to keep a level head and controlled breathing. There is nothing to worry about! Stay calm at all times and you will absoloutly glide through your exams with no worries.
Once you think you have completed your exam to the best of your ability, CHECK THOUGH YOUR ANSWERS. - It is vital that you have checked to see that you haven't missed any questions or incorrectly answered questions. (On a year 2 SAT paper I missed 2 whole pages because they were seemingly stuck together!!).
Allow yourself enough time to complete the requirements in the exams. There is nothing worse than running out of time half way through. On the other hand - don't rush!
Good luck with your exams this year and the next!

Revision:
You must try to cut up your study regime. You could do something like, 80 Minutes studying for English then take a break and watch some television, chat to friends. Then after an hour- or so go back to your studying. Then study for a further 30 minutes(still studying the same subject).
This way you'll take in more, instead of trying to study for five different subjects on the same day! Your brain will just explode.
Beat the stress:
I always find sitting out in my garden, if the weather is good, a great way to relax. Try reading some magazines, books, something that will take your mind of exams and studying for a bit.
Having a long relaxing bath is one of the best ways to get rid of stress, you could also put on some relaxing music. :-)
Day of your exam(s):
Remember, if you have studied enough you should pass. If you've been paying attention in class, you should pass. You can only do the best you can, so don't get yourself worked up on the day of your exam!
Drink a lot of water, but not too much incase you wet yourself. You MUST have breakfast/or lunch (depending on your exam time), before you go in for your exam. Your brain will be more fueled this way.
