It’s your right to have an education and school takes up a large part of your life when you are young. It can be a really happy experience, but you might find that you have problems at school which may be upsetting and worrying.
There are lots of reasons why school might be worrying you. If you are having problems at school, no matter how big or small, you can talk to us about it.
I'm being bullied and I'm too scared to go to school, what should I do?
No-one has the right to stop you from going to school. If you are being bullied by other pupils or by a teacher, it's important that you speak to someone about it.
Try taking a quiet moment to talk to someone you trust and tell them about the problem. That could be a teacher or someone else you feel comfortable talking to. They can get in touch with your school and work out a way to help you.
You shouldn't feel ashamed about being bullied. It's not your fault. But it is important that you get help. No one deserves to be bullied. Read more advice about bullying.

I'm having problems with homework, what can I do?
Doing homework can be really stressful. It might seem like you'll never come to the end of it all, and it can be especially tough if you are worried that you don't understand it. Talking to someone about how you feel can really help.

How can I make friends at school?
Some people make it look easy making friends, but it isn't always easy. Not having friends or being in a group can make you feel sad and lonely. If you are worried about making friends, or don't have any friends at your school, talking about it to someone can help. Read more advice about making friends.
If you are worried about school, or are having problems, talking about it to someone can help. Your teachers should be able to help you and are there for you to talk to, but if you can't talk to them or feel worried about it, you can call us and we can help.
